The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare hereby informs Kosovar citizens residing in Republic of Kosova and compatriots residing in Switzerland that the Agreement on Social Security concluded between the Republic of Kosova and the Swiss Confederation enters into force on 01 September 2019.
Applicants residing in Republic of Kosova for Swiss benefits may apply for benefits at the offices of the Foreign Pensions Division at the address below.
Claims may already be filed prior to entry into force but benefits may be received after September 1, 2019.
For the realization of social security rights regulated by this Agreement, the citizens of both countries, may submitted to the responsible authorities – liaison bodies at the following addresses:
