Rights Fullfilment Division

1. Tasks of the Rights Fullfilment Division include:

1.1. Provision of support for setting strategic priorities for war categories;

1.2. Development and promotion of policies concerning pensions and benefits of war categories;

1.3. Development and implementation of policies concerning the realization of the rights to pension and benefits;

1.4. Data analysis on the social-economic situation of pension and benefits beneficiaries;

1.5. Planning, organizing and coordination of payments for pension and benefits scheme users;

1.6. Assists and participates in policy operationalization and strategic papers development process;

1.7. Manages benefits scheme payments in accordance with adopted laws and department’s competencies;

1.8. Identification of requests for the delivery and enhancement of services for users and war categories;

1.9. Development and publication of analysis and statistics in the field of war categories pension and benefits policies;

1.10. Maintains and updates information and database for war categories;

2. Head of the Rights Fullfilment Division reports to the Head of Department for Martyrs’ Families and War Invalids;

3. Number of the Rights Fullfilment Division staff is three (3).
