Office of the General Secretary

1. Office of the General Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare is composed of:

1.1. General Secretary and

1.2. Support staff.

2. Tasks and responsibilities of the General Secretary are determined by Article 38 of the Law No. 03/L-189 on State Administration and by relevant applicable legislation.

3. Tasks and responsibilities of the General Secretary’s Office support staff are determined by the applicable legislation onb civil service.

4. Total number of employees at General Secretary’s office is five (3).
