Employment Offices Coordination and Monitoring Division

1. Tasks and responsibilities of Employment Offices’ Coordination and Monitoring Division include:

1.1. Managing, coordination and monitoring of Employment Offices;

1.2. Implementing and monitoring of active and passive employment policies, set by the department;

1.3. Implementing and monitoring of active labour market programmes;

1.4. Implementation of labour and employment-related legislation;

1.5. Provision and ensuring of professional advice regarding labour market;

1.6. Provision of recommendations concerning labour market surveys on setting the quota for employment of foreign citizens in Kosovo;

1.7. Professional and logistic support for Employment Offices in administrative and technical capacity building;

1.8. Implementation and monitoring of employment-related projects;

1.9. Administration of maternity leave payments for those employed in the Republic of Kosovo;

1.10. Close cooperation and coordination in all activities with other DLE divisions.

2. Head of the Employment Offices’ Coordination and Monitoring Division reports to the Head of Employment and Labour Department.

3. Number of Employment Offices’ Coordination and Monitoring Division staff is twelve (12).
