The Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr. Skender Reçica hosted today in a farewell meeting the Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Republic of Kosova, Mr. Ruairí O’Connell.
Minister Recica thanked Ambassador O’Connell for the support and subvention of the United Kingdom to Kosovo and its institutions at all stages of state-building.
Meanwhile, Ambassador O’Connell spoke about the work that has been done in recent years, noting efforts to begin the process of recognizing and verifying the status of victims of sexual violence in the recent war in the Republic of Kosova.
Minister Reçica said that the Republic of Kosova is grateful to Ambassador O’Connell for all his given contribution and his absence will be noticed in the Republic of Kosova.
