The Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Mr. Skender Reçica, met today with the Union of Former Kosovo Police Officers of the 90s, headed by Mr. Fatmir Tashollin, to discuss the recognition of the work experience of employees forcibly dismissed from work by the Serbian regime of that time.
Minister Mr. Reçica informed the Trade Unions that the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare has already proceeded for approval in the government of the Draft Law on Amending the Law 04 / L-131 on State Funded Pension Schemes and is in discussions with the Office of the Prime Minister to push forward this bill.
Minister Mr. Reçica assured the trade unionists that he is making great efforts for this draft law to be approved by the Government this year, in which case a great injustice that has been done to this category of society for years would be eliminated.
