All former Albanian education workers of the Republic of Kosova who have been working for the period 1990/91 to the school year 1998/99 are informed that as of 15.08.2019, the MLSW starts implementing the Law No. 06 / L-073 on the Status of To the Albanian Education Workers of the Republic of Kosovo, therefore in order to realize this right, you are informed that additional compensation claims can be submitted to the nearest pension offices.
The persons who submit the requests from 15.08.2019 until 31.11.2019, so long as the deadline is open, will realize the right to compensation retroactively, which means from the date of entry into force of Law No. 06 / L-073 on the Status of Albanian Education Workers of the Republic of Kosova, (April 2019).
The following documents must be attached to the application:
• Copy of the ID of the Republic of Kosova;
• Extract of birth;
• Coronation Extract (for family pension);
• Tax on property tax;
• Certification by the Municipal Directorate of Education, or Rectorate for the period of service in the Albanian education system of the Republic of Kosova;
• Copy of the decision for the beneficiaries of the basic pension, respectively contributory.
MLSW appealed to all former Albanian education workers of the Republic of Kosova from 1990/91 to the school year 1998/99, to comply with the deadlines for filing the application, while the required form and instructions can be obtained in all Pension Offices.
Failure to submit a claim, ie failure to respect the deadlines for filing a claim, has to bear the consequences of not retroactive payment of retirement.
