Minister of MLSW, Mr. Nenad Rasic, based on his constitutional powers and in accordance with applicable legislation for state administration of the Republic of Kosovo, given the failure of the memorandum of understanding signed between MLSW and Company “HOWL.LC” received decision on repeal of the memorandum of understanding signed between MLSW and company “HOW L.L.C” on November 16, 2012, aimed at employment of nationals of the Republic of Kosovo in the state of Germany.
The main reason for the repeal of this memorandum is the lack of realization of the citizens of Kosovo to be employed in Germany, according to the requirements and criteria set forth in this memorandum.
