General Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Mr. Izedin Bytyqi, has signed a cooperation agreement with Sigrid Meyer from PPSE by Swisscontact Program and Mr. Kleidor Rustemi, from C4EE Project Swisscontact Albania, for the project “Coaching toward employment and entrepreneurship.”
This agreement aims to increase the capacity of employment counselors from the Regional Employment Offices, through modular training ‘Cycle of employment counseling’ that been provided by “Swisscontact” in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Lucerne, Switzerland.
