The Government of Kosovo, today approved a decision for the nomination of the director of the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo. The nomination process is conducted in strict accordance with the law and in accordance with the agreement with the British Government, which provides support institutions in the recruitment process for senior positions.
The Employment Agency will strengthen further employment policies, while 2017 will be even more promising.
During (2) two years of work, the employment service, identified 25.643 vacancies, an increase of over 200% in 2014 compared with 2016. For the years 2015 and 2016 mark the highest registration of vacancies registered by the employment service the last ten years.
In two years brokered in employment over 12.928 jobseekers and started active measures of the labor market, wage subsidies, job training, grants, training in Vocational Training Centers, as well as relief, employment in Germany and the removal of employment permits in Albania.
