Together with the Prime Minister, Mr. Avdullah Hoti, Minister Mr. Reçica today met the representatives of the League of Pensioners of Kosovo, led by Mr. Shaban Kajtazi, to discuss the challenges and problems faced by our retirees, especially in this difficult pandemic situation.
Minister Mr. Reçica said that in the meeting with pensioners, with special emphasis, we discussed the amendment of the Law on State-Funded Pension Schemes. “We expect that as soon as possible, in order to recognize the work experience of all those who were forcibly removed from their jobs by the Serbian regime during the 90s, the diplomas of all those who graduated will be recognized. during this period, as well as to be recognized the right to a contributory pension and the pension of the family of the martyr and war invalid at the same time. Also, through other legal acts, we should regulate the issue of notifying pensioners, which is currently every six months ”.
“We as a government are committed and at no point will we stop until the full implementation of the good reforms we have undertaken for the realization of the rights of pensioners and other categories of our society,” said the meeting with representatives of pensioners.
