Invited all interested, professionals and other providers of social services and family to submit their applications for appointment to the General Council of Family and Social Services (GCFSS).
This council is responsible for:
– To maintain professional standards and discipline in the field of social services and family and in this sequence serves as licensing and registration authority for professionals working in this field;
– For maintaining the register of social service professionals and family, who are licensed to carry out operations in Kosovo;
– Has the authority to decide who can be licensed as a professional specialist social and family services;
– Determines what professional development is required for social service providers and family;
– Investigates complaints of social service providers and family;
– Add to disciplinary sanctions to be applied, including the removal of professional and family social services from the registry.
