Division for Monitoring of Law Implementation, Legal Support and Inter-institutional Cooperation in the Field of Legislation

1. Tasks and responsibilities of this Division include:

1.1. Coordinates activities with all MLSW organizational structures on legislation implementation;

1.2. Provides reuired legal opinions on the MLSW scope

1.3. Identifies legal dispositions of normative acts that are unapplicable;

1.4. Coordinates MLSW legislative activities with other relevant institutions;

1.5.Reports at least once a year to the Minister and Assembly of Kosovo on the implementation of applicable laws from the scope of MLSW;

1.6. Cooperates with the Ministry of Justice for the representation of MLSW in Court;

1.7.Maintains and updates MLSW sub-legal acts records;

1.8. Submits sub-legal acts to the Legal Office after approved by the Minister;

2. Head of the Division for Monitoring of Law Implementation, Legal Support and Inter-institutional Cooperation in the Field of Legislation reports to the Head of Legal Department.

3. Number of Division for Monitoring of Law Implementation, Legal Support and Inter-institutional Cooperation in the Field of Legislation staff is four (4).
