Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare in cooperation with the Rotary Club, supported by three Farm, Swiss Diamond, Alb ceramics today inaugurated the renovated space begins where operating pensioners, respectively Pensioners League of Kosovo. Inauguration of these works has made Minister of MLSW Mr. Arban Abrashi, Ms. Agnesa Vuthaj- President of Rotary Club and representatives of the Association of Pensioners.
This project, which is worth 16 thousand euro, will improve conditions and services for retirees who spend time there, enabling so that retirees have enough space for their work and activities.
Minister Mr. Abrashi during the inauguration expressed special thanks to the initiative of the Rotary Club came out and said that this project will fulfill conditions for pensioners and also promised that in the future will make maximum efforts to this category also provide medical services. “We will continue to support this category, because we know the role and contribution of these retirees have given Kosovo’s state building. We do not stop just with this project, but we will try here to provide the medical services, “he further added Mr. Abrashi.
Meanwhile, the Rotary Club, Ma. Agnes Vuthaj thanked all stakeholders who helped in the realization of this project and said that the cooperation with MLSW will continue further, seeing other opportunities where we can cooperate on those issues that are primary.
Pensioners welcomed this initiative and considered as very successful project since the expansion of existing facilities, according to them is necessary.
The renovation of this building of offices and pensioners will be completed approximately 45 to 60 days.
