Disability and Elderly People Division

1.Tasks and responsibilities Disability and Elderly People Division include:

1.1. Proposes, develops and ensures implementation of policy/strategy papers related to issues of people with disabilities and elderly people;

1.2. Proposes, develops and ensures implementation of legislation on enhancing services for people with disabilities and elderly people;

1.3. Provides support for managing the services for people with disabilities and elderly people;

1.4. Analyses and reports on annual budgetary requirements for services targeted to people with disabilities and elderly people;

1.5. Coordinates activities with relevant institutions;

1.6. Coordinates activities with relevant institutions;

1.7. Cooperates with non-government organizations in developing activities;

2. Head of People with Disabilities and Elderly People Division reports to the Head of Social and Family Services Department;

3. Number of People with Disabilities and Elderly People Division staff is six (6).
