Mr. Arban Abrashi, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare hosted today the Director General of the Office for heritage issues of the KPC in MLSW Mr. Safet Syla where they discussed the harmonization of laws on pensions for veterans of the KLA and early pensions of the former KPC members.
Members of the Kosova Protection Corps (KPC), have the right to apply to personal retirement of the veteran by Law No. 04 / L-261 for the War Veterans of the Kosova Liberation Army, until they reach age 45 and who meet all other criteria determined by this law. Upon reaching the age of 45 years, members of KPC, have the right to decide that which further pension they would receive.
