The Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Mr. Skender Recica, today, in Tirana, at the meeting of the two Albanian Governments, together with the Minister of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Albania, Mrs. Anila Denaj, have signed the Job Mobility Agreement, which aims to improve the field of employment and vocational training and the integration of a common labor market Kosovo-Albania.
During his speech, at the meeting of the two governments, Minister Mr. Reçica stressed that this agreement is an obligation that history has set for us, we, Kosovo and Albania are meeting the need of citizens for free movement of workers, we are opening the horizons of cooperation and integration across borders.
“From today, a citizen of Korça and Shkodra can receive services in Prishtina and Prizren, a citizen of Gjilan in Vlora or Elbasan, as well as be employed, without bureaucratic barriers and without legal obstacles”, said Reçica
The Minister of MLSW, Skender Reçica, at the end of his speech, said that I am proud that we are uniting the labor market Kosovo-Albania, before the near future unites us in the European Union.
