Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Mr. Arban Abrashi on the second day of stay in Bursa, of Turkey, visited the business community. In meeting with prominent businessman Fahrettin Gyliner, was reached an agreement to deepen cooperation in vocational education by investing in creating new frameworks in terms of crafts. Also, they agreed to create working groups of experts from vocational education and meet soon and come up with concrete projects at the meeting to be held again in Bursa.
Minister Mr. Abrashi thanked businessman Mr. Gylner, who is with origins from Kosovo, for their contribution to the strengthening of economic relations especially in the field of vocational training to young people. While Mr. Gyliner from his side, expressed readiness to assist Kosovo in preparation of professional staff by opening such a school in Kosovo. He also said that businesses in Kosovo can play an important role in the advancement of vocational education, giving to staff a new opportunity for employment in certain sectors.
Minister Mr. Abrashi and a businessman Mr. Gyliner also agreed to create more efficient legal basis in order to pave the way for foreign investments in Kosovo and especially Turkish ones, since until now such a base has been lacking and consequently the country has lost the possibility of obtaining foreign investment. Mr. Abrashi promised that the new government will create incentives for foreign investors, eliminating many bureaucratic procedures that have trouble an investment process.
