The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare has proceded today pension payments for three beneficiary categories of pension scheme, paraplegic and tetraplegic, for family pensions and invalids.
These pension schemes have not been implemented so far, even though legislation has been in force since the beginning of last year.
One of the first concerns after the appointment of the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare Skender Reçica was the non-implementation of these three schemes, so he was maximally engaged to undertake all the necessary actions for these categories to enjoy their rights defined by law.
For these three new schemes, derived from the Law on State Pension Funds, the first applications have been filed since March 2017, and since January of the same year, has started also the implementation of the Law on Status and Rights Paraplegic and Tetraplegic persons, where the first requirements were accepted.
In addition to the regular monthly payment for these pensions, every month, in the beneficiary’s accounts, also a pension will be issued for all submitted and approved cases.
