Today, in the Committee on Economy, Employment, Trade, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Investments, the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare (MLSW) has presented two important draft laws drafted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, namely the Draft Law on Labor Inspectorate and the Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing Law no. 04 / L008 for the Economic and Social Council.
Minister Mr. Reçica stressed that both of these draft laws are based on the standards and best practices adopted by the countries of the region and according to the standards of the International Labor Organization ILO. The Committee on Economy, Employment, Trade, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Investments has approved in principle these two Draft Laws and pledged to give their contribution in both readings in order for these two Draft Laws to be further advanced.
Minister Mr. Reçica also informed the members of the Commission about the steps taken by MLSW regarding the recognition of work experience for employees of the 90s who were forcibly fired by the Serbian regime of that time, that it has already processed the Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing The Law on State-Funded Pension Schemes for approval by the government, based on each provides for the recognition of this seniority.
