Social Policy Division

1. Tasks and duties of the Social Policy Division include:

1.1. Research in the field of social and family services and on the impact of social payments in poverty reduction;

1.2. Analysis of various social trends and development of recommendations in the field of social policy;

1.3. Coordinates activities with Kosovo Agency of Statistics for data collection and processing, used in publishing research reports;

1.4. Publication of handouts on services provided by MLSW and social policy reports;

1.5. Cooperates with local and international professional structures with the aim of improving the quality of social and family services;

1.6. Summarizes achievements in the field of social policies and publishes them into MLSW or Department’s webpage;

2. Head of Social Policy Division reports to the Head of Social and Family Service Department.

3. Number of Social Policy Division staff is ten (10).
