Division for War Categories Schemes
1. Tasks and responsibilities of the Division for War Categories Schemes are:
1.1. Initiates procedures for issuing legal and sub-legal acts concerning war categories’ pensions and benefits;
1.2. Implementation of legal framework on reralizing the rights of pension and benefits scheme users;
1.3. Planning and organizing activities for processing pension and benefits scheme payments;
1.4. Coordinates the work with pension officials at local level, for implementing objectives set by the Department;
1.5. Manages electronic database and establishing electronic records for all beneficiaries of pension and benefits scheme;
1.6. Establishing bank accounts for beneficiaries of pension and benefits scheme;
1.7. Implementation of agreements and contracts with commercial banks or other micro-finance institutions on processing pension and benefits payments;
1.8. Care and addressing of issues regarding excessive payments and unpaid pensions;
1.9. Establishing and setting of administrative procedures for applying and realization of the right to pension;
1.10. Monitoring and control of law and sub-legal acts implementation from the pension and benefits scheme beneficiaries;
2. Head of Division for War Categories Schemes reports to the Head of Department of Martyrs’ Families and War Invalids
3. Number of Division for War Categories Schemes staff is twelve (12).
