Comprehensive Introduction

1. Employment
• Functionality of the system of registration of job seekers;
• 115, 868 jobseekers registered – 50, 666 women;
• 12, 762 vacancies identified;
• 4188 registered businesses;
• 40-100% increased figures of mediation and employment.
2. Vocational Training
• Construction of the Vocational Training Centre in Gjakova;
• Training for Entrepreneurship in Prishtina, Prizren, Gjilan;
• Training and support in the form of grants Prishtina, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Gracanica and Mitrovica, Leposavic, Vushtrri and Gjilan;
• Accreditation of the current curricula of vocational training programs and new programs conform to the standards of the profession;
• Were providing training in correctional centers
3. Social Dialogue
• Progressive implementation of the Collective Agreement;
• Composition of draft strategic plan for ESC;
• Participation and lobbying at the ILO Conference;
• Official visit of the social partners in the Netherlands;
• Conversational constructive and active contribute giving and in the preparation of legislation and policies by the SEC;
• Web site and brochure on the work of ESC.
4. Social Protection
• Increasing of social assistance payment for 25%, to about 26,000 families, which has raised the threshold between 40-120 EUR as it was in what is now 50-150 EUR;
• For the first time has begun licensing of social service providers;
• There are 733 licensed public and private providers of social services;
• The amount of 100.00 EUR per month, are supported 2,750 families who have children with disabilities;
• The amount of 150 EUR per month, supported 108 children are housed outside their families;
• 243 families were helped with 100.00 EUR and 49 families from 150-300 EUR in emergency assistance for emergency situation;
• It made electricity subsidies for beneficiaries of social assistance scheme and the families of martyrs and war invalids, 22,669 families are subsidized by the Social Assistance Scheme and 11,368 Families of Martyrs and War Invalids. In total 34,037 families from 130 EUR per year.
5. Legislation
• It approved the draft law amending the Law on vocational rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities;
• It approved the draft for registration and provision of services and employment measures;
• The regulation on internal organization and systematization of MLSW, the Employment Agency;
• internal organization and systematization of jobs in the Labour Inspectorate;
• Regulations to revise the list of hazardous forms of child labor and the criteria and procedures for financial support for subsidies and grants;
• Administrative Instruction on the status and rights of martyrs, invalids, veterans, members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, civilian victims and their families
6. Investment
• Construction of the community house in Novo Brdo;
• Vocational Training Center in Gjakova, the Municipal Employment Office Suhareka;
• Centre of the Regional Employment in Mitrovica;
• Renovation of facilities for care in Gjilan, Kamenica, Ferizaj, Vushtrri, Shtime, Prishtina;
• Other projects being finalized.
7. Pension
• Basic Pensions – 120,456,408.00;
• contribution pension – 68,213,637.00;
• The number of beneficiaries of persons with disabilities (PPD) – 18,220,860.00;

8. Reduce informality
• Development Plan for 2015-2020 Labour Inspectorate;
