Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr, Arban Abrashi, waited today a group of investors from Turkey. Mr. Abrashi informed them with opportunities and facilities that Kosovo offers to foreign investors.
The interest of businessmen from Turkey focused on the food industry and in the processing of automotive parts. They also were interested in the investment environment and conditions offered by our country to do business in Kosovo.
Minister Mr. Abrashi informed them that Kosovo offers very favorable conditions for foreign investment, in particular, those investments that generate jobs. “We offer a good environment for doing business, including obtaining land use, discounts on raw customs and many other fiscal incentives.” Besides mutual benefit, he assured them that Kosovo has very advanced legislation that guarantees security and environment for foreign businessmen.
Mr. Abrashi added that besides good environment Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare also helps with special projects, such as free vocational training and wage subsidies.
