Technical assistance project “Support to the Ministry of Labour & Social Welfare for efficient and effective implementation of active labour market measures” and EU Office in Kosovo would like to invite you to apply for the project clinics for the EU Call for Proposal “Improving the labour market access to the disadvantaged groups through social enterprises and ALMMs”.
Project clinics are organized with the aim of assisting applicants whose project proposals are at an advanced level of preparation and who need final assistance in designing of the action or description of the relevance in order to improve the quality of project proposals. Project clinics are one-hour of one-to-one personal counselling where TA project experts will provide support to the applicant in technical and content aspects of particular projects, having in mind elements that are needed for the Concept Note. Concretely, the draft of their project proposal will be assessed by the expert team and based on that a proposal how to further develop a relevance of the project, stakeholder’s description, added-value elements, description of the action and other elements will be made to the applicant.
Project clinics will take place from 4th till 8th of November 2019. Every registered applicant will receive information on exact date, time and location where the clinic will take place.
All those interested to participate in the clinics should register on time, as the number of participants for each clinic is limited.

Additionally, with the registration all applicants should submit the draft of their Concept Note (at least the draft of the Action must be done in the Concept Note) in order for TA project experts prepare for the one-to-one counselling. Please note, REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT THE DRAFT OF CONCEPT NOTE WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
