Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr. Qazim Rrahmani, met today with the Deputy Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Alavi. At this meeting they discussed the interstate cooperation between Kosovo and EBA, in particular for cooperation in humanitarian issues.
Deputy / Minister Mr. Rrahamani thankes the Mr. Al-Alavi for the assistance provided by the UAE for families in need. He said that the cooperation will continue in the future and Support from MLSW will not fail.
Meanwhile, Deputy / Ambassador of the UAE’ Mr. Al-Alavi, thanked the Deputy / Minister Mr. Rrahmani for hospitality, he said that this cooperation in humanitarian projects will intensify even more in the future. “Our help will be ongoing and present to people in need, especially in the holy month of Ramadan,” he said.
Deputy / Minister Rahman said the lists of beneficiaries of food parcels will be developed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
Last week, Deputy / Ambassador Mr. Al-Alavi, accompanied by Deputy / Minister Mr. Rrahmani distributed food packages to poor families in several municipalities.
