The full request of the Minister Reçica:

For the purpose of overseeing legislation in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, I requested from the Labour Inspectorate to uncompromisingly continue overseeing the implementation of Regulation No. 06/2017 on the Minimum Health and Safety Criteria at the Temporary Construction or Mobile Place. All site constructions to meet the minimum criteria for safety and health at work, before the construction begins, should have a health and safety coordinator who drafts the health and safety plan and presents this plan to the Inspectorate of work.

Labour Inspectorate will undertake the measures determined by legislation to all legal and physical entities that do not have the health and safety coordinator and do not present the plan for safety and health at work before the start of construction as defined by the regulation mentioned above.
