The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, on 29 December 2020, signed the Administrative Instruction No. 04/2020 on regulating and determining the criteria and procedures for registration of Trade Unions, which was published in the Official Gazette on 31 December 2020.
According to this Administrative Instruction, all Trade Unions (Associations, Federations and Confederations) registered so far, after the entry into force of this Administrative Instruction, within one (1) year, must apply for re-registration according to the terms and criteria of defined by this Administrative Instruction.
