Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare today signed a cooperation agreement with the Civil Registry Agency, the Agency for Information Society and the Islamic Community of Kosova for the exchange of information for the cases of confirmed deaths of citizens of Islamic religious affiliation of the Republic of Kosova.
The parties agreed that the information received from ICK to the recorded cases of deaths go on Civil Registration Agency, AIS and the same forward to the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
For the progress of this agreement, the parties also agreed that the process of identification and exchange of information monitored by CRA, at least twice a year.
Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare has taken this action to avoid misuse of the many lists of the dead persons, the beneficiaries of pension schemes, reported in the past.
Soon, similar agreements MLSW will sign with the Catholic Diocese of Kosova, the Serbian Orthodox Church and other religious communities.
