Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Skender Reçica, hosted today on a introduction meeting, the Ambassador of Great Britain in Pristina, Ruairi O’Connell.
Minister Reçica thanked Ambassador O’Connell for his visit as well as for UK’s continued support to the Republic of Kosova.
Minister Reçica informed the Ambassador about the challenges of MLSW in the realization of the government’s plan and program, expressing his personal commitment and willingness to show desirable results in order to meet the expectations of the citizens.
Ambassador O’Connell congratulated Minister Reçica for his new assignment and conveyed his support and the British Government for the Republic of Kosova, in particular to support projects that raise the quality of life of citizens, professional education of young people and support for the treatment of victims of sexual violence.
Both interlocutors agreed to continue close co-operation between them and to push forward projects with interest to the Republic of Kosova.
