Minister of Labor and Social Welfare Mr. Skender Reçica, at the invitation of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, will attend the high level conference “Labor Future”, held in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The conference will be held on 21 and 22 March, bringing together senior representatives of international institutions, social partners, civil society organizations and politicians from the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Western Balkans.
During the two-day conference, key issues related to the future of work will be discussed: demographic challenges, skills and professional knowledge expected to be needed in the coming decades, the impact of digitization on the labor market, the right work and adequate social protection.
