29 April 2015- Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Mr.Arban Abrashi met today Mr. Timo Stegelmann, from the non-governmental organization ‘Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe’from Germany, about cooperation in the implementation of the project for support in the socio-economic field through self-employment and empowerment of the microbusinesses in the Republic of Kosova.
The project is funded by the German Government and the MLSW and Municipalities will co-finance. Target of the project that this organization will implement are providinggrants for self-employment in several Municipalities of Kosova.
Minister Abrashi expressed his readiness to support and stressed that welcomes any initiative that would help the self-employed and as a result would create new jobs.MLSW will give available the employment offices and Vocational Training Centres for the need of the project
Minister Abrashi also thanked the German Government for the continued support given to the people of Kosova. The project starts implementation from May 4, 2015 andwill last 20 months.
